Jo started flipping “Bingo Burgers” at a community bingo hall in Sidney in 1986, and started pouring beers at a tiny neighbourhood pub called “The Brig” in Brentwood Bay B.C. in 1990. Jo loved hospitality and one day wanted have her own place to look after friends and the local community serving all the things she knew they loved fair prices.
